Sr. Organizational Management Analyst

ACET is seeking a Senior Organizational Management Analyst for an upcoming contract in St Inigoes, MD.
Responsibilities Successful candidate will perform the following tasks for a dynamic NAWCAD Division at Webster Field:
Conduct organizational studies and evaluations Design systems and procedures Conduct work simplification and measurement studies Prepare operations and procedures manuals to assist management in operating more efficiently and effectively.
Make recommendations for operational and programmatic efficiencies (including policies, processes and tools) Lead personnel to support the review of projects and functions to ensure compliance with documented policies and procedures.
Position is contingent upon contract award.
Qualifications Skills Required:
10 year direct experience 3 years team leadership experience.
Demonstrated ability to successfully work with large, diverse teams.
Ability to effectively provide guidance, direction and supervision to organizational and project support team members.
Demonstrated ability to initiate and plan projects and generate deliverables, processes, direct execution and collaborate with customers and staff.
Master's Degree is desired (any discipline) Bachelor's degree and 2 years of additional experience may be substituted for the Master's Degree in any discipline.
Secret Clearance required All candidates must be US Citizen to apply Position is Contingent Upon Contract.
Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
