Radio Frequency Engineer at Torch Technologies in Saint Inigoes, MD

Performs complicated and difficult Radio Frequency Engineering assignments of major complexity under general direction, requiring a high degree of technical and professional compe10ce. Duties include full technical responsibility for planning, organizing and conducting independent technical projects for the engineering support of the design, development, and testing of radio frequency (RF) and/or microwave systems architecture, components, circuits, or products. Includes an10na design, both reflector and array systems, frequency synthesizers, transmitters and receivers. Evaluates test and production data, prepares technical analysis, recommends engineering methods and processes required to meet design objectives on new or improved products and/or processes. Coordinates complex technical matters relating to Engineering Change Notices, rework, or other difficulties and specifications that are complex in nature. Coordinates with other technical support personnel. May assign work to technicians, technical writers, and machine shop personnel as required. May provide work leadership for lower level employees. Experience:
Bachelor's (Master's preferred) in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering specializing in Radio Frequency or equivalent experience. 5-10 years applicable engineering experience. Salary Range:
$80K -- $100K
Minimum Qualification
