R/F Engineer at Torch Technologies in Saint Inigoes, MD
Torch Technologies is seeking an R/F Engineer. The R/F Engineer in this role will support a broad spectrum of current and emerging Nuclear Command and Control Communications (NC3) acquisition and operational support programs. This will include a focus on recapitalization of the E-6B aircraft platform and TACAMO mission systems, sundown of the existing ones, and continual assessments, advising, and conducting liaison with military and industry stakeholders. Candidates should be very well versed in strategic communications technology, organizations, and key stakeholders to support program leadership and technical teams more effectively. Candidates will apply a deeper understanding of the NC3 system architecture, classification of systems, relationships, and concepts of operations to advise acquisition and operational teams, capturing, communicating, and applying lessons learned from the evolution of such systems. Candidates will apply a combination of effective communication and collaboration skills with strong technical interests/capabilities to work with and provide leadership support in a highly technical and dynamic team of engineers and managers, evaluating current and developing technical/systems management of communications systems and organizations.
