Program Analyst Senior with Security Clearance
Description SAIC is seeking a Senior Program Analyst in StInigoes, MDAs a key member of the Program Management Team the Senior Scheduler will work with various project teams to maintain program and project schedulesThis is a hybrid-remote position located in StInigoes, MD and requires a minimum of 2 days per week onsiteOpen to candidates local to the area onlyJob duties include the following e ssential functions:
o Ability to develop and integrate master plans and schedules on DoD programs.
o Provide critical path analysis, identify problem areas, and create work-around solutions.
o Timely create and maintain program and project schedules necessary to properly plan work.
o Assist with establishing project budgets from proposal estimate, track committed costs, and forecast remaining costs for engineering, equipment procurement, and construction sub-contracts.
o Responsible for project and program contingency planning.
o Advises project lead on matters affecting project success, schedule, and cost impacts, and develops project recovery plans when needed.
o Part of the project management team responsible for meeting project deadlines.
o Maintain a change management program.
o Assist with identifying out of scope work items and creating change order requests to be presented to the client, including estimated cost and schedule impacts.
o Within the area of responsibility, consistently identifies potential project problems or opportunities in a proactive manner, analyze the issues using all appropriate resources, develop alternatives and arrives at the most optimum approach to mitigate problems or exploit opportunities.
o Perform all other position related duties as assigned or requested.

Experience:
o A high school diploma or GED is requiredo 5
years of related experienceo 5
years' experience using Microsoft Projecto Must be eligible to obtain a Secret clearanceRequirements to obtain a clearance include US Citizenship, security investigation, etcCovid Policy:
SAIC does not require COVID-19 vaccinations or boostersCustomer site vaccination requirements must be followed when work is performed at a customer site.
