The Project Analyst II shall assist team leaders and the program manager in coordinating contract and project activities with the Government.
Provides required analyses and develop products associated with planning and execution of technical projects through full life cycle.
The Project Analyst II is required to use subject matter knowledge and judgment to complete assignments consisting of analysis techniques, test and evaluation procedures, or test support requirements.
Qualified personnel shall have a broad practical background in the area of CEAT systems development, acquisition and procurement, project planning, government financial business practices, and financial analysis allowing them to select alternative methods to solving problems.
Staff providing financial management support must be able to apply state-of-the-art applications that will effectively automate financial applications in the most effective manner while adhering to the established accounting principles and practices.
This is a contingent position based on contract award and receipt of funding from the customer.
High school diploma.
12 years experience in systems support involving design, implementation, integration, systems testing, and interoperability studies related to digital and analog CEAT systems and subsystems.
BA and experience in systems support involving design, implementation, integration, systems testing, and interoperability studies related to digital and analog CEAT systems and subsystems.
