JUNIOR FINANCIAL ANALYST (Req 17 038)

Responsibilities: Provide financial management and analysis support to the Air Traffic Control & Landing Systems Division (NAWCAD 4.11.7). Tasking includes: funding document acceptance; commitment, obligation, and expenditure tracking; Work Breakdown Structure development; and budget and spend plan development. Utilize Navy ERP and other sources to respond to financial data calls and maintain financial spreadsheets for funding balances.
Education: BA/BS degree from an accredited college or university in a business or technical discipline.
Experience: At least two (2) years experience providing financial or program analysis support to the DoD. Prior Navy ERP experience required.
Allowable Substitution: High School Diploma or equivalent. At least two (6) years experience providing financial or program analysis support to the DoD. Prior Navy ERP experience required.
Other: Strong analytical and MS Excel skills highly desired. Must have an Active Secret Security Clearance.

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
