Description:
Candidate will be responsible for providing direct project and scheduling assistance to the Division and Project Leads which will include direct interface with Division personnel regarding project schedule analysis and financial reporting.
Specific duties include, but are not limited to, the following:
Development and updating of schedule documentation and technical efforts.
Utilize N-ERP to receive and track funding and contract efforts.
Updating schedules and graphs for weekly, monthly, and quarterly presentations with data from multiple sources.
Updating and ensuring various electronic databases provide the most current information.
Identifying and correcting any discrepancies or issues of concern.
Qualifications:
TYPICAL EDUCATION AND
Experience:
High School diploma and 4 years related experience.
At least two (2) years of experience with project management support.
