Desktop Support Technician - 1710

Responsibilities: : will include but are not limited to:

  • Understanding of Windows and Microsoft Office with demonstrated troubleshooting capabilities
  • Proven desktop, laptop and workstation hardware troubleshooting skills
  • General knowledge to perform high-level network troubleshooting analysis, Cisco knowledge preferred
  • Working knowledge of Dell server hardware
  • Familiarity with IPT voice technologies
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft server technologies
  • Data migration experience between PC s

Don't Be Fooled

The fraudster will send a check to the victim who has accepted a job. The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
